As an Elk and good member, we cordially invite you to play in this years Arizona State Elks Tournament.
The “L. Cedric Austin” Memorial golf tournament will be played on September 10-11, 2004 at the
Prescott CC and the Stone Ridge GC with Prescott Lodge #330 as host.
 Entry Fees:
$109.00 per player, spouse $60.00 per player; includes Green fees, golf cart, prizes, Saturday night dinner & Sunday lunch during awards presentation. Extra meals for non playing spouse or guests: $12.00 Saturday dinner, $6.00 Sunday Lunch. Dinner choices are found on the entry form.
All proceeds will be distributed to the Arizona Elks Major Projects, the Steele Memorial Children’s Research Center at the University of Arizona and the Arizona Elks Youth Camp, located near Young, AZ.
The golf tournament format has changed this year to a two man best ball. Max handicap between playing partners is 10 strokes. If both partners do not have a handicap they will be placed in the Callaway Flight.
The number of flights will be determined by the number of entries. The spouses will play one day only (Saturday) at the Prescott Golf and Country Club. The awards for spouses will be presented at the dinner on Saturday night. We will also present the awards for closest to the pin and other special events from Saturday’s play.
Registration will beat the Lodge on Friday September 10th from 11:00AM till 9:00PM. If you are unable to sign in Friday please call Prescott Lodge by 8:00PM. The number is (928)-772-8660.
On Friday lunch will be available at the Lodge from 11:00AM till 2:00PM. The Lodge will host a fish fry on Friday evening starting at 5:00PM. Then you are invited to join us for a fun filled evening of Karaoke from 7:00PM till closing.
At registration you will be given the courses that you will play on Saturday and Sunday. You will also receive a bag tag with your name on it, please place this tag on your golf bag. We will transport your bag on Saturday to the course you will play on Sunday. The bags will be secured Saturday night and will be placed on your cart ready for play Sunday. There will be a check-in desk at each course. We would appreciate all golfers checking in by 7:30AM. The shotgun start will be at 8:00AM. Saturday morning starting at 9:00AM there will be coffee at the Lodge for the spouses. Transportation will be available for tours to Sharlot Hall Museum, downtown Prescott shopping, Gateway Mall, and gaming at the casinos. For those not desiring tours there will be activities at the Lodge (Dominos, Bunko, card games). Lunch will be available from 11:30AM till 2:30PM.
Saturday night activities will begin at 5:30PM with a social hour . Dinner will be served at 6:30PM with a choice of pork loin or chicken cordon-bleu. At 6:15PM awards will be presented for the spouses tournament and special awards from Saturday’s play. Live entertainment will start at &:30PM till closing.
Again on Sunday, check in time at the golf courses is 7:30AM for an 8:00AM shotgun start.
The Lodge will open at 11:30AM and the awards luncheon will start at 2:00PM. All prizes will be awarded for the tournament plus special door prizes. The Silent Auction will close at 2:30PM
